All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day by phone, fax, email or on our website.
A Purchase Order (P.O.) or a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) number must be provided when an order is placed. When using a credit card, please provide the name as it appears on the card, the number, and the expiration date.
For customers outside the United States unable to provide a PO or credit card, please provide the billing name and address in order for ImmunoStar to create a PO and invoice prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped upon verification that the invoice is correct and payment is authorized.
Payment is required within 30 days. All of our customers may order products directly from ImmunoStar, Inc. or please visit our Distributors Page in this website.
JAPAN: Orders shipped to Japan require a USDA Health Certificate in order to clear customs. ImmunoStar will obtain the health certificate. The charge for the certificate is $70.00 and takes approximately 4 business days to obtain. Orders are then shipped via Nippon, who bills for shipping separately from ImmunoStar.

Shipping
We ship all orders by Federal Express™. Orders received by 2:00 PM (CST) are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM are shipped the following business day. International deliveries are typically 2 to 4 business days from the order date. Up to 20 vials of product may be included in one shipping order.
Shipping costs for lyophilized* products are as follows:
- $30 - FedEx Priority (1-2 Days) within the United States.
- $45 - FedEx International Priority to Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico.
- $60 - FedEx International Priority to all other countries.
*All products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) except for the following: 5-HT 1A, 5-HT 2A, 5-HT 2C, 5-HT 5A, 5-HT 7, GFAP, NPY Y1, S100, and NSE. These products are liquid and must be shipped overnight in a larger box with a frozen gel pack to ensure the temperature of the product is kept cool. Please note that due to potential delayed deliveries, we may not ship liquid products to Spain or Italy.
Shipping costs for liquid products are as follows:
- $45 - FedEx Priority (1 Day) within the United States.
- $65 - FedEx International Priority to Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico.
- $80 - FedEx International Priority to all other countries.
