Pre-adsorption of DBH (Dopamine-beta-Hydroxylase) antiserum, diluted according to the antibody specification sheet, with 10 µg/ml of purified DBH peptide immunogen provides complete blockage of DBH immunolabeling. The peptide is provided as 10 µg in lyophilized form.
From several hundred bovine adrenal glands, we prepared electrophoretically and immunologically pure dopamine beta-hydroxylase. This product is the of the most highly purified form.
